You make absolutely no sense whatsoever. The whole thing started because you were worried about how people would think of Arabs. Now you're saying "so be it"... SMH
It seems we're slowly getting more and more sensitive these days. What's next?
All the hotel owners should have an uproar because I bet they don't jump out of a plane to work in the morning. It's not accurate to all the hotel heirs and it might lead people to think that's what they ALL do.
I aspire to see your reaction when they insult your country
If you're saying that because you're only offended this time when the content is regarding your country otherwise you wouldn't be, you're the problem not the content.
literally no better than what they did π stop being such a twat and take a look at the real world dimwit
@maja Well they thought one actor who isn't even an Arab represents all of them so it makes sense that they would think 1 Korean represents all Koreans. You can't win arguing with this non logical statement.
OMG! He played a rich asshole, you made it sound like he was a terrorist! Do you usually think badly of other countries when they get badly represented in KDrama? Do you believe everything you watch on KDrama to be accurate? If not then why would you think other people think otherwise?
This actor portraying a bad character of some rich asshole will not lead people to think badly of Arabs. It's Arabs bullying the actor, the show and blowing this thing way out of proportion is what effects the way people think of you.
I'm a little confused, so you do acknowledge that there are 'some' bad ones. Why can't this actor portray the role of those bad ones? Why are you assuming he represents you or the majority? It's a fictional role, there are good and bad guys. You're limiting job roles for all these foreign actors who's just doing a job. He's representing a character in a drama, not country, not people and certainly not you.
I have never once in my life see a foreign character and immediately use them as a reference for the country they're supposed to be from. That's just dumb AF.
No one who has enough brain cells would think badly of Arabs just from watching this character. I get that you're offended and you're of course allowed to be. But this poor guy was just doing his job man. Hell if this is the case, does every Korean grandmother drag a stranger and use them for free labour, peeling onions and shit? You're taking this way too personal when you really shouldn't be. It's bad for you! Saying all this with love, no hate.
where did they get the idea of the ππ scene from!!! is that even a real thing?? it was f hilarious
Nawww, no way thats a thing. I feel like in real life, he would have trip over and break his face. I just don't think it's doable. With fitted dress shoes, lace undone and everything? If they come off that easily, he wouldn't be able to walk without his feet slipping off every 3 steps.
Had to turn off when he let others take off his shoes goodbye
I saw that and was like... they better give him some super sad and sympathetic back story like he was traumatised by something from his childhood and therefore can't take his own f*ing shoes off. But nope, he's just an entitle rich tw*t.
Ye Jun is my favourite! I almost die when he tried to revive LSG by spraying cough medicine on him! Trying to shove 2 hands full of popcorn into his mouth also made me cracked up pretty bad. What a funny little dude, i want a kid like him.
Stopped watching after episode 5 because it was way too slow and I just could not stand the wife. Like... bitch just leave already, stop making everyone miserable just because you no longer want to be a part of the family. And the annoying teenager who's just there to fuck things up for the dad is just super cliche.
Kinda like that snake on the plane movie, but with stupider pplEspecially during covid times, when it 1st hit…
I really enjoyed this movie but I thought exact same thing when I watch it! Land it, ground it, quarantine it. Another thing that drove me crazy was airports kept denying them to land the plane, like... dude the pilot is half dead, wouldn't it be better to land it safely than crash into some building in the city? Also, at one point wasn't trying to shoot the plane down almost an option? Over a city of crowded population? Whose dumbass idea was this?!?!
I don't get all the negative reviews! But to each their own I guess... Don't get me wrong, this movie isn't going to be winning any oscars, becoming cult classic, or super thought provoking but damn it, it was pretty damn entertaining! And THAT is what I look for in a movie.
Overall it's pretty good. Although not sure why FL got rave reviews for her acting as she only has 1 expression. (Kinda like watching Claire Danes in Homeland when she has one face where she's about to cry but this girl looks like she's about to fart.) The rest of the cast are really good though. The show is not as good as everyone hyped it up to be but if you watch it without any expectation then it's entertaining enough.

That alone was 10 out of 10.
I have never cried from watching anything this hard in my life!!!!!!
I cried like he was my own dad....
I knew it was coming when she was wondering who would be her last.
But man that hit hard, with the heroic way that he went out as well?!?!
He was such a wholesome character, the dad-daughter bond he had with Dong Joo was so beautiful.
Just jk! Well done! π π

"Annyeonghaseyo!" and I just start cracking up at the most serious moments.
That little dude is precious.
