its different cultures ....where im from people who are 18 do hang out ith people who are 20 21 22...anyways the way baek yijin treated na heedoo was so good ....there was never a bad intent from him ..even when he said he loved her its unconditional love he never wanted her to say it .....even when she kissed him he didnt kiss back ....and they only dated after she was 20 so i dont see the problem here
