Family Makjangs have you seen "The Promise " that one is good . As for revenge I can't recall any other revenge dramas she's in,but she's in a lot of good dramas I think,some of my favorites are
"Spring turns to Spring"
"Lie after Lie"
"Hide and Seek"
There's her most recent one(2021 or around then so fairly recent ),but can't remember the name just that it has witches in the title

So Serin is being an absolute idiot and being manipulated by Aera well yet another week of this drama I'm going to skip until Serin gets her act together , maybe it's best to watch just the last two weeks I feel those are when things start turning around for our protagonists, in these revenge dramas.

from reading the comments on this drama,I'm glad I dropped this , I usually like revenge dramas,but it seems ever since Gyeo IU (Serin) came out of her coma the story has gone downhill. I don't think I will pick it up again, at this point this drama has lost my interest and it's not worth watching or waiting for anything to happen.

I'm not too invested in this so I'm dropping for now and will resume when it's finished so I can jump to where hopefully Gyeo IU and Serin team up and Aera and Yujin start getting punished, don't have the patience to sit through misunderstandings and miscommunication because I'm certain that's what's going to happen.

this action crime thriller no romance involved, if you want romance watch one of the many romantic dramas Not every drama needs a romantic subplot.

I think Miss Monte Cristo was named that because she was betrayed by her friends same as the titular character from the book and she came back for revenge. Though in the book the MC was framed for a crime and unfairly imprisoned and in the drama the FL was nearly murdered by her friend. Both characters assumed new identities.

the original title is Ice Adonis a flower that blooms even in the coldest most extreme weather which is kind of like our FL I prefer that title.

it was OK watched it because I really like the FL Lee Yuri so I was really just trying to watch as many of her dramas as I could and this was one of them.

I don't like AeRa, but be realistic she's not old and frumpy, she's just as young and beautiful as Gyeo IU. She's evil yes,but she's not ugly

OK but why put this on some obscure streaming channel, has anyone heard of Abema TV. This should be on Viki or Netflix ,even Hulu or Disney plus would be better.

Hyun Jung I feel bad for Ju AeRa I don't feel bad for despite being the same person to me their two different people Hyun Jung seemed nice and sweet AeRa is a terrible person

Fatal Promise it's one of my favorites, though I must warn you,it's one of the daily dramas so it's over 100 episodes. if you don't mind

You should watch Fatal Promise on Kocowa and her other drama Mysterious Personal Shopper(you can probably find the dvd) she's not evil I'm those and her latest drama "Vengeance of the bride " on viki also not evil
