Haven't finished the ep yet but I gotta say, it feels like one-sided chasing on Jeng's part. Hoping Pat has to be the one to chase in later episodes - it feels like the one portrayed as the "top" in BL's has to do the chasing, has to show more clinginess, or needs to portray the utmost loyalty to flirting with only that person (the bottom I guess).. Maybe I should watch better BL's idk. Lmao. Has anyone watched The Luminous Solution yet? Is it good?

Only got around to watching it now. It was sweet and absolutely lovely at first.. but what bothers me is that Sam would've gotten married to Kirk if it wasn't for grandma's change of heart. Sam is too spineless, even in the last episodes..

It's not "icky", its giving ME the ick. That's it. You gotta learn the difference between "wanting to spend time with your crush" and "wanting to spend time with your crush who is your employee and who you have a power dynamic over". It's weird to me. He's trying too hard to be close to Pat.

No but yeah. You just said what's icky about it to me. Jeng is the boss and should know how to distance himself from those kinds of feelings for his employees, because of the power dynamic. Pat back-paddled but Jeng didn't, that's what gave me the ick. It's just my opinion, these are my emotions after all.

Jeng is being way too obvious about it and Imo, shouldn't be so clingy. He's still just Pat's boss. Pat is childish and can't take any criticism, every episode there's a new problem with him- plus he seems weirded out by anything Jeng says, according to his reactions to him speaking. Anyway, whether my logic makes sense to you or not, I don't care. It's my opinion.

Jeng is so hot but slowly, unfortunately giving me the ick. Him having feelings first (Idk maybe Pat had them first, but for some reason they undid whatever was done and now he doesn't even seem like he has any) is kind of weird?? Because he's the boss and should be used to acting professional and keeping a professional distance between him and his employees but he falls in love with Pat so quickly, even though all Pat has been doing is being rude, overly emotional, kind of annoying and he hasn't really done anything to justify or warrant Jeng being so infatuated with him. And again, I thought Pat would be the one trying to get close to him- it would make it less red-flaggy if the vulnerable one in the position would make the moves first (the vulnerable one being Pat because of his position).
Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the series; I especially liked the first few episodes where everything was new and slow-burny, but now I feel like it's getting weird and it makes me sorta anxious. Hope it gets better, because I was really looking forward to this.
Edit: You guys are so sensitive. Pat is showing no interest and usually looks constipated when Jeng even just opens his mouth. Jeng's obsession makes no sense.
