I love all the osts of this drama, but "the other side" feels different. when the song or instrument of this song is played, the moment seems so emotional, beautiful, immersive. My 3 favorite moments when "the other side" was played as bgm were when DFQC and XLH kissed in the water, when DFQC put cinnabar on XLH's face, then when they drank together after the wedding 🥲
but how could DFQC expect XLH to hate him in an instant? of course it's impossible. their feelings are too deep. like the lyrics of Esther's song, XLH is even willing to be an enemy by the world. if it's like that, the only way for them to part is by death :(
if next week we will enter the angst era, I really hope the scenes where DFQC and XLH are happy together at Siming Temple are the happy ending we all want
When this drama is over, I will not only miss all the main characters, but I will also miss you guys. I will miss the times when we got together in this comments section after the drama aired and spilled all the emotions and theories that might exist 😂
XLH my best girl. nice to see her character development in each episode. in today's episode she shows us that in a relationship it's not just one person who has to make sacrifices, that when we are ready to start a relationship, we must also be able to take responsibility and accept the consequences.

I've never been so in love with a drama, but this drama is so fresh. in terms of plot, characters, CGI and every detail there is. the production team made it so meticulously and earnestly that I got lost in it.
We got a few scenes from the trailer and it made me realize we were getting closer to the end. I don't know if I will be ready to part with this drama later :(
