I don't think they'd date tho, because the storyline is a little bit different from the novel

we got 2 eps yesterday on "THAT" platform. but today ep 8 is not showing

I understand that everyone has different perspectives, but I think it's too early to judge the FL this way when we don't even know the full story yet the drama has only released 6 episodes, and we haven't seen what really happened in the past. till episode 6, it shows that she went through a lot - her parents divorce (maybe), her father's death, her grandmother's death and even harrasment, which hasn't been fully revealed yet. on top of that her own mother abandoned her in a crucial moment as per some scene. with all these trauma it's understandable if she has trouble expressing her feelings entirely.and just because she initiated the breakup (probably they weren't officially together back then), doesn't mean she was taking advantage of the ML. I think it's better to wait for more episodes before making such baseless assumptions.

I just started watching it casually, wasn't really expecting anything 😭 but omg this is so good. I love how they showed their love growing slowly but steadily 😭💞it was so heartwarming. although both the ML and SML were green flag, but love how the ML (Zhang Ruoxi) has eyes only for Xia Mi 😭😭😭. episode 19 and 20 are the most emotional episodes, but it's worth it. I really wanted Fan Yuan to end up with Yu Han, because she really cared about him. The most annoying character was ofcourse Lin Ruolei 💀 she didn't change till the last episode, but ngl her dirty schemes really made the show interesting

it's not like only older men took advantage of younger women, men froma all age group can do that, it depends on their mentality, upbringing, friend circle and many more other perspectives. but it's not about all of these. it's a drama and as you said before that the viewers are mostly teens so I don't think teens of nowadays are not that immature to only take the bad influence from the drama

there is no saying that the drama should be exactly same to the novel. and about the age gap thing I think she never took him as a brother. and I don't understand how its not appropriate? I mean dating someone mature, responsible and 5 years older than you is still much better than dating someone your age who is not mature. and about the mostly teens thing, I don't think it's a bad influence at all 😭😭 it was not a forbidden romance, they were at the right age to decide what they should do. but, ofc everyone has different perspectives

she is the youngest child and as you can see the parents and the brother really adores her, it is kinda normal because I've seen some of my friends like that but yeah it's annoying in real life 💀 but in the drama I think I'll slip that off

EXACTLY I don't know why people are saying the FL has "fragile ego" or something like that. I mean what do you expect? she has seen her parents fall apart, her father hurting her mother to the point she has to take her own life, that too in a very young age. but despite all of these she literally handled everything quite maturely.
