I understand why most of you are complaining about casting an ex con but before we cast a stone or judge others, we should firstly, look inward and ask if we are pure. I’m not saying that what he did wasn’t wrong or neither am I defending him but after the hideous crime he committed, he served time (which was short to some or not not enough punishment) but we should respect the Korean law and forgive him. Instead of looking for ways to blacklist him as an actor or celeb, why not look for ways to make changes to the law because there are some many criminals that walk the streets everyday but because you don’t get to Se them on tv doesn’t mean they ain’t out there. The case happened since 2001 but he has been on screen for quite some time so clearly whatever comments or tarnishing you think your doing isn’t clearly working so why not try another approach and looks for ways to make it better society in large? Yes please do. I don’t like romance too unless there’s something more thought I’ve fallen victim of some in recent years but this is very good tbh. I rather watch Korean dating shows than romance genre dramas, just so you’d know how much I don’t like scripted and predictable romance genre
