Because of time travel mix-up. Past Sol doesn't retain the future Sol's memory. Like in ep 3 where TS proposes her and past Sol (19yo) comes back and says yes, and then later even calls SJ a pervert. So considering that maybe Sol (34yo) time travels back to present after that kidnapping thing and her 19yo is back, the latter wouldn't remember a thing about her time with SJ, hurting his feelings in the process as he was already rejected by her. So SJ might harbor a kind of anger towards her.
I have 2 theories: 1) I think Im Sol time travels because she might think SJ has forgotten, so she might go back to college days this way. Like she might be confused as to why he can't recognize her. 2) she might come to know that SJ's life is in danger and know the truth that SJ didn't k!ll himself but someone else did (assumption). So for that she goes back in time to trace out who it might be.

SJ is ML and SML honestly. In 1st timeline he was like an SML secretly pining for our girl while she liked snother snd here in the 2nd timeline he is the ML 🥲 hopefully. Also I think the accident has been warded off. If you compare 2nd ep of FL recounting a blurry memory of being hit by car n someone running and today's bridge scene then it matches. In the first timeline that car hit her n she fell into the river so SJ saved her but she was resentful towards him coz she had become paralyzed and in this timeline that drunk guy made her fall but she didn't get hit so no losing her walking ability i think.
I love how Ryu Seon Jae is not like the cliche MLs who are famous and every girl in the school (girl's from the other school in this case) are ga ga over him. Like my man is handsome but does anyone care? nooo lol

Anyway, I think its good how past Sol doesn't remember the shenanigans thats happening when present Sol takes over her, but present Sol knows what past did. There were 2 scenes one where RSJ had followed IS to her house while she wheeled inside [trailer scenes] so what I think is IS will be able to make RSJ a better person and genuinely love music, but she will be disabled anyway. After watching Twinkling Watermelon and My Perfect Stranger, I have gathered is that Time travelers can't change everything, some things that were meant to happen will happen. Maybe that's why in that trailer scene RSJ says 'So you don't remember...'
2. RSJ had time-traveled as well like in Marry My Husband where FL dies and then goes back in time. and its his memories that he remembers of her. He has no clue that she also has time traveled hence he is still acting like she is behaving weirdly. Also, it is possible that neither of the time travellers [RSJ and IS] can tell anyone about the future like maybe that's the rule.
