In my opinion i feel like they have a open ending, Cuz living with a shadow puppet forever is kinda hurt and i think ding Liu is still human and living with Gao Shen (shadow puppet) now, it's kinda sad that they didn't even express their feelings properly 🥺 and also didn't get chance to say that they love each other 😭 they actually deserve better then our 3rd cp (-:
