A good drama doesn't need these scenes. Like The Three Kingdoms 2010 and The Legend of Zhen Huan.

Sex and kissing scenes are unnecessary.

No heavy kissing or heaving patting or sex scenes were involved so the rating is low. Having said that, the drama should have been longer but due to C19, that's why the story was very abruptly laid out.

I dropped The Blood of Youth because it is confusing for me.

The death of Kang Qiao and his master means the Yun Tai Sect is vulnerable to attacks.

Nothing was said about the Yun Tai Sect. The ending is so abrupt.

This series is good but probably due to the lack of budget, the story is rather short.

Had they expanded to the story about the incidents which leads to the Luo massacre , it would have been a better drama.

Yun Xiang only knows how to do a ten-breath kung fu. His internal strength is weaker compared to Kang Qiao so he could only learn that ten-breath kung fu.

That's why he is so in love with SYN who is a martial arts practitioner.

True- the best villain is Tang Xiao. The character is so creepy like Fagin in Oliver Twist

Mo Bu Fan is good but Yun Xiang stands out.

Best female character- it's got to be SYN.

MBF-KQ relaionship is more touching compared to SMY-KML's.

If you are into BL dramas, this is the one for you!

The male leads are better coupled with each other than being coupled with the FLs.

They should not have killed off Mo Bu Fan's character.

When he lost his bank, With Yun Xiang's intelligence, he could have won back the money within three days. All YX could do is to find some nasty merchants somewhere in the city and cheat their money to resupply the bank.

If you have noticed, many of the MLs in the C-drama are graduates from the top three film/ theatre academies in China.

They tend to excel in costume dramas. Modern dramas makes these actor act so unnatural. They are classically trained actors so they excel in costume dramas.

The ending is open ended. NGF is alive and works as an advisor to Master Prirate Guan. Qi Tian Feng is alive but crippled.

What happened to the Yun Tai Sect?

There should be a Season 2. I hope it will be more spectacular.

We were so keen to watch the tricks and strategies by Yun Xiang so we were kind of downgrading the romantic scenes.

This drama should have given less time on the romantic scenes as the entire series is about Yun Xiang and his foe's strategies.
