I now know why Lee Gun aka Crown Prince has yet to expose the QD and her lover's affair simply because he doesn't want to affect his father's claim to the throne. But, with him alone running around the palace trying to look for evidence and remedy to save his father? He's got to recruit more lackeys, I'm afraid.
Meanwhile, our juvenile Prince Dosung has decided to become a Crown Prince simply because he wants to bring back his killer/ impulsive mother who killed the royal taster for no obvious reasons except being stupid. That kid needs to follow Lee Gun around to be able to grow up. His maternal grandfather and his sidekick are a bad influence on this juvenile prince.
The ministers seem to be able to waddle around the palace until late at night. They need to be chucked out of the palace after their office hours. Otherwise, these old men will start plotting from A to Z nonstop!
Mr. Choi needs to design a Plan B because once the King wakes up from his coma, he'll end up in several pieces.
Of all the characters, I love Lee Gun's maternal grandfather. He protects this previous grandson with his life and will never leave him exposed to risks. The old man even wants to kill Miss Choi because he doesn't want her to be near Lee Gun in case she falls pregnant. So cute. I hope this old man along with his son wiill survive the battle for the Crown Prince position.
I would like to see the Mayor die. He looks and acts like a rotten rat
Not the CP's maternal grandfather! I like him as he is a true politician in that horrible court.
Kill or be killed. To be feared than to be loved. The end justifies the means. That's why Lee Gun had been able to protect his position until his father was poisoned.
If the maternal grandfather dies, Lee Gun will have no powerful strategist or supporter to protect him. He dies even if the King is alive and kicking.
In my opinion they fked season 2 by making it way too draggy so I dont think there will be one more. This whole…
Agree. SS2 is rather disappointing. SS1 is more exciting as Han and Hwong were happier working together with their special team until Yoon was murdered.
Both the season were great but compared to first one second season has some, nothing major but worth mentioning…
Hanjo Group aimed to recruit former prosecutors and former tax inspectors to help the group to commit fraud.
The dead lawyer was an agent to recruit these former civil servants. The former civil servants have ties with the government so Hanjo Group thinks they will receive the special treatment from their former colleagues.
SS2 is all about specialy treatments by prosecutors to their former colleagues and cronies.

However, a spin-off with Seo Dong-jae as the main character is definitely out.
S1 shows she has lots of psychotic tablets to consume.

There is a talk of having SS3 filmed. I hope there won't be too many side stories.
But, I still prefer CSW's CEO Gu.
Have you seen Life starring Cho Seung Woo? This one is a good diversion from our frustration:

Is he still keeping the real royal seals?
