Like at the last scene the Zhang Wansen can be from a different universe who travel in her universe or it can be simply her imagination

She did time travel. But Shining for one thing time travel theory is different from blue birthday, Someday or Oneday or lovely runner. Why? Because it involves parallel universe. Not every time travel series involve parallel universe. According to Shining for one thing theory, every time the FL travel she was going past but it was not in her universe. Every time she was going in a different universe. But there are differences in those universes except Zhang Wansen's love for her. So no matter how much time she time travel , it won't change the future in her universe.

While in lovely runner, Blue birthday, Someday or Oneday characters can change the future
by going past. So Shining for one thing is heartbreaking comparing to these dramas

First of all Shining for one thing is similar but not entirely copy or something like lovely runner. And another thing is lovely runner will give you butterfly in your stomach and probably will give a clear ending. But shining for one thing is not that types of romance drama that will give you butterfly in your stomach. It will make you cry more. It's also confusing. And another thing, Lovely runner is pretty fast passed drama comparing to Shining for one thing. You won't get the actual story, twist of Shining for one thing by watching four episode . It's big plot twist actually came from episode 19-24 at the end. Even though shining for one thing is a big hit in it's county it's not necessary that every person will like it anyway.

So Shining for one thing is not for every person who liked lovely runner. And comparing the characters Zhang Wansen and Sunjae, I don't think it's a nice decision. Zhang Wansen is Zhang Wansen. And Sunjae is Sunjae. You can't find Sunjae in Zhang Wansen. Both have different charm. They have only some similarities

I think now lovely runner will make people watch shining for one thing since people want to see something similar.

That means Chinese fans are liking it. Well, a Chinese drama if similar genre "Shining for one thing" and a taiwanese drama "Someday or Oneday" were a actually big hit in China. I guess Chinese people like this genre
