Let’s be honest male characters get way more leeway. I mean look at how they treat Vegas the guy literally sexually assaulted and drugged someone. But everyone just make excuses because of his childhood. Not saying male characters don’t get hate, but there’s definitely a difference.

I feel very bad for her. The person she was in love with was in love with her best friend. And I know she knew. She’s lonely and wants to feel a void her ex husband left. So she creates her own fantasy. It’s just sad all around.

I think you guys are too hard on the mom. Yes she’s selfish and lives in her own world, but she’s still human. Everyone has flaws. It’s just telling how hard you guys are on female characters than male characters who are exactly like this. Female characters have to damn near be perfect to get an ounce of sympathy, but male characters get all the excuses in the world.
