guys pls stop saying it looks cheap, im getting nervous to watch it 😠it's one of my most anticipated releases…
Don't worry, it's totally fine! The production quality is pretty average and decent, it's just not on par with the extravagant quality of TLP or Affair lol
Wait im confused. Karn and Toh are siblings. So wdym "there is only two of them. Mother and daughter."
So when he says that "it was only the two of them, mother and daughter." it's true (thai doesn't have any different tenses like past tense or present tense, there's only one so translations tend to be off with those along with pronouns since they only really use gender neutral ones.
Karn and her mother were each other's only family before her mother passed. Which leaves her all alone now.

Toh and Karn are NOT siblings. The subtitles are a little messed up in that sense. Her brother says that she's Toh's nong which means she's his peer who's younger than him in age (he's her senior). The term "nong" means younger brother or sister in the general/vague sense, as in addressing them by age group. Like how some people call their parents' friends "auntie" or "uncle" even if they're not blood related. Toh is her peer but is older than her (Karn) and would be the same age group as an older brother of hers, if she had one.
If Toh and Karn were blood related siblings, Kris' brother would've addressed her as Toh's "nong saao" which would mean biological younger sister. I hope that makes sense, I'll leave the next part under a spoiler comment.
