No, from my memory the countdowns aren't affected by international releases or whether subs are available or not.…
I tried to update some of the info so that it'll be put on the calendar but fr I'm not certain if what I've edited will actually do what I'm hoping it will.... so I'll just wait to see if it gets rejected 🙃
Any updates about the copyright issue? Or is it still the same?
It's still the same. Legal agreements take time (usually fairly long) to work out deals especially if it's international copyright distribution issues.
Is there even a whisper of news on any fansubber picking this up? The air date is creeping closer but no countdown…
No, from my memory the countdowns aren't affected by international releases or whether subs are available or not. The countdowns are based on when the title is first released to the public and not on the accessibility of the series. I'm not sure why it's not working right now though.
I do know that this drama will be available on Amazon Prime Japan but there's no news on if they'll provide subtitles yet.
Will broadcast from 2:35 am to 3:05 am, every Monday starting Jan 8th. But I'm assuming that there'll probably be ads during the airing slot so idk how long the duration of each episode (content wise) is.
Okay so H8 Thailand, the production company in charge of this project, had confirmed a couple of days ago on their stories that the two main female leads have been casted since the beginning and that they're currently holding open castings for the other roles available in this GL. If the translations I read were correct, then the open casting will be closing next month so there is progress being made here☺️
From the one workshop photo, I'm assuming he's one of Ida's volleyball friends? Or something similar
Yeah, people being disappointed that we wouldn't be getting another series with NeoMark is understandable (I was one of them) but I hate how some people had used that to fuel their unfair comments about him, who was just an unknown newbie at the time. But if you look at all of the Cooking Crush comments right now, Aungpao's being praised the most there and it feels like a big portion of the people there are seemingly only staying for FireDynamite (NeoAungpao). So you'll be happy to hear that he's getting the recognition and love he deserves!
EVERYBODY! This is your reminder to drink a bunch of water right now before today's episode📢 Because we all know that ep9 will have us all sobbing. I mean, the OST as it is already-😭😩
I'm not sure if I should be jealous of you or happy that I got to watch the eps when I wanted! 😉
Haha it really is a double edged sword. Getting to live through and experience that era of hype but also the torture of waiting each and EVERY week. Two entirely different but great watching experiences! But only if the series in question turns out to be good😂
For sure! From my understanding of ep8, it seems like they were trying to weave in some kind of sibling tensions…
We don't really know, but in the first episode or two, Mhok asks a librarian at the center for blind ppl, what had happened to Day and she had said that she'd heard it was a car accident. So in my eyes, the car accident probably had something to do with Night and/or Day's new car since Day's been so adamant and bitter about both of those subjects.
My theory is that the siblings weren't that close due to growing up apart, Night and Day were bickering and fighting in said car, maybe Night was resentful that their mother had bought Day a car and not him, which probably had led to an accident in which caused Day's retinas to be injured and detach. Which would also mean that Day wouldn't be able to drive his own car... in turn making it functionally Night's car now. That's what I've got in my head at least right now; it being an unintentional and unlucky, cruel twist of fate that was out of either brother's hands yet left Day feeling slighted and like maybe that it was what Night had actually 'wanted' to happen.

Idk if you mean Aungpao or Aungpao as a volleyball friend but he has been confirmed to be apart of the My Love Mix-Up cast in the workshops and behind-the-scenes! If you check the photos section here on mdl there'll be some and this new clip of them goofing off in the gmm building: https://youtube.com/shorts/CW_XRcGlSy4?si=5h-UPZTi-i65isw8
