For ship names especially in Thai dramas, the top's name comes first and then is followed by the bottom's name. So I imagine that whatever Tinn said was along the lines of "It's TinnGun because you're the bottom babe" or "It's TinnGun because the top's name comes first. " to which Gun goes "ooh" and then realizes the implications of admitting that he's the bottom and Tinn's the top so he argues that it's actually GunTinn. I adore Gun's reaction and how Tinn doesn't fight him on it. He just smiles smugly as if to say "Sure darling, whatever you say..."
