I don't understand why the background sound in Thai drama needs to be so harsh and sometimes really loud. Totally not in context with a particular scene. I normally watch Thai dramas with the sound of and read the subs :)

So where the hell says it ruined the ratings. Please be specific. From the first googled page I see nowhere near the rating of 3.4 (out of 10 or out of 5???).

Can you elaborate where that rating is of the hotel? The Booking.com rating of the Seoul branche is still a solid 8.0.
