Agree…I’m hoping that WGJ gives KSR misinformation to throw her off track like throwing a bone to a dog… Yes both are slithering snakes. You would think WGJ would know he’d immediately lose DJ when she finds out it was him telling KSR about Anna.
As for custody Yohan has legal custodial parental rights over everybody so far. If Anna has dual citizenship…she would have the protection of both Korea and the US adoption laws. This family is messed up….🤷🏽‍♀️

Please protect Anna🙏🏽. I’m hoping it was a dream of the family (Yohan, DJ, Anna) at the park because KSR is always lurking nearby. I think Gullible Granny doesn’t actually trust anything KSR says anymore. Since she trusts Yohan as her confidant and DJ…she might help protect Anna in some way. I’m still trying to figure out the relationship between Yohan and Granny. I will have no qualms about stopping watching this drama if Anna gets injured in any way.
There are some scary villains in this drama that will not stop at anything to survive. Talk about a dysfunctional “family” dynamic…they can’t even eat in peace without some type planned disruption.
It’s obvious that Noel is DJ’s Mom…they both are emotionally stupid, have bad tempers and leave themselves vulnerable
to being taken advantage of.
What information and evidence will
KSR’s uncle divulge to WDG? Will WDG use that evidence to save himself or work with KSR…thinking there’s an affair between DJ and Yohan????

If anything I think karma will get WJH and his corrupt Daddy. Struggles will ensue between him, KSR, and nasty cheating husband if there’s actual proof of the hit and run accident of Song Yi. Once KSR realizes that WDG killed KSR’s father and her daughter she will use her criminal ties to stalk him….later episodes….a battle between the two main villains. I think Yohan will be the one who knows how corrupt his uncle is and will bring him down. My experience with makjangs is that there will be an eventual trial at the last episodes and villains will be sentenced according to their crimes. Meanwhile there will be more extortion, someone will wind up in a coma, or like you said…a fatal accident of someone.

Who is Yohan’s real mother? Is Gullible Granny his maternal Grandma? How did WGJ become his uncle…there’s more to this story that meets the eye. Lots more episodes to unfold…

I had to rewatch the beginning to make sense of the current situation. Noel definitely cheated on DJ’s dad with KSR’s dad. Not sure how she got involved with WJG or the real truth behind why she wound up in France. I don’t like Noel either, because she’s so passive aggressive and believes anything the WJG does. What side chick would ever move in with the playboy husband…they’re both greedy and selfish.

I’m hoping nosey KSR’s mom or anyone outside listening…Granny blurted kinda loud…

Get Anna away from KSR by all means, she’s evidence of her crime by DNA. confirmation. I suspect that WJG is front and center of why all the family infighting and crimes took place. For KSR’s Dad’s death and string of crimes in her quest to revenge against DJ, Noel’s memory loss and DJ being sold/abandoned, his own corrupt business practices, forcing his own son to marry KSR, stole his nephews lover….etc.
I was hoping that Yohan would postpone letting DJ know Anna was her daughter. So far DJ hasn’t shown the best judgement in keeping secrets. Hate to see kids as bargaining chips…but he needs to keep her safe and DJ needs to go along so KSR won’t harm Anna. DJ’s stupid weak cheating husband doesn’t deserve to know Anna is his biological daughter. Can he challenge parental rights…or will he use the knowledge to destroy KSR. He’s such a coward…KSR can manipulate him if she finds out.
I suspect the “discovery” phase will pick up with more throwback scenes showing how WDJ is involved in past crimes.
Even Gullible Granny said she can’t believe anything KSR says…will she find out the true story of her actual son…DJ’s Dad????

The flip side of that is that she raised herself adter running away from being sold to the restaurant lady. I don’t like how her character is portrayed, and how she manipulates people for her own good. On the other hand her rival KSR was raised by criminals with no conscience. KSR is like a feral animal, so she’s always trying to stay ahead of the survival game.

I think DJ has self esteem and trust issues brought on by her abandoned childhood. She’s naive because she didn’t have parents that raised her…so basically she has to always “wing “ it to survive. Some of DJ’s behavior is culture based on power and influences.
A lot of the characters are passive/aggressive.
Gullible Granny is so busy defending her evil “granddaughter” so she will suffer the most and probably have a heart attack when she realizes she’s been manipulated. This is typical makjang storylines.
KSR is both evil and batshit crazy…I worry she’ll try to harm Anna to get back at DJ and Yohan.

You know me…a different take on some characters. I don’t like Gullible Granny…she won’t go against her “granddaughter”….but I rewatched their scene and Granny actually smirked…I think the jury is still out with grandma believing KSR completely.
What was up with the old fashioned caning of KSR…LMAO! Glad DJ re-slapped her on her prison facial wounds. Can’t wait till DJ finds out her “husband” was the one to free KSR. Noel is one nosey “B” to go into DJ’s personal items…that would be grounds to get her packing and OUT. She’s so irritating and needs to get her own life….especially when her ex is like a toothless old dog…
Glad Yohan walked right past DJ, I thought she was going to cry. A bit of reverse psychology works on people caught up in their own egos. Yohan will have a LOT of power over DJ once he discovers DJ is Anna’s birth mother. I hope he stays strong and doesn’t just cave after everything he’s done for DJ..,only to get rejected by her quest for revenge and actually marrying his uncle for power. DJ needs to get her priorities straight.

Greed will be the downfall of the villains. I suspect the front desk secretary has something up her sleeve if she gets fired or attempts by KSR’s mom to blackmail her. She has a quiet role, but I suspect she’s also blood related to Granny somehow. Granny is sooooo gullible. Even if KSR was related by blood….a normal grandma would not have her up in the house. I think she actually believes DJ and stupid husband but chooses to protect her “blood” relative out of guilt…,no matter what KSR does….just pathetic!

The suspense of seeing the actual revenge keeps us watching the train wreck.

Right…stringing us along. Last episode was predictable. This is like watching a combo of The Second Husband, Woman in a Veil or Man in a Veil makjangs.

We all knew that KSR would be released🤮 but WDG is vile bringing her back home. He just endangered DJ, his son and nephew. Did you see him looking smug when KRS busted into the room??? He just stabbed himself in the foot. Obviously not getting any nookie from DJ so I hope she’ll revisit her options for revenge. Once DJ learns that her fake husband was behind KSR’s release, I hope she goes bat shit crazy and “divorces” him for breach of contract.
Yohan…don’t get angry…get even. Will granny start her own investigation into KSR’s background and find out that WDG is the one that killed JSR’s dad. Yeah, a stretch to think Granny will do anything to hurt her own “blood”….but the stupid husband, his Mom, or AJ will divulge something that will make Granny suspicious. Will Granny accept KRS’s return to her residence. KSR is like the cockroach that can survive an atomic blast.
Every makjang needs villains so there will be more episodes…and battles of good vs evil. I thought KSR would have a forked tongue 🐍 reveal when she was talking to WDG. WDG cares more about his business than the marriage contract to DJ.

Oh boy…is there anything KSR won’t do. Seeing her being a prison “B” crawling around rubbing lotion made me CRACK UP….She’s like a snake constantly shedding its skin. KSR’s uncle was stupid to mention getting KSR out of jail as a bargaining chip. I thought the intention was to expose WDG’s insider trading business deals. This might actually be the break that Yohan has been looking for to take down the chairman.
Also hoping that Yohan will use caution trying to win over DJ…because his uncle WDG is blinded by jealousy right now. I don’t think DJ deserves Yohan’s loyalty or love since she betrayed him and married his uncle.
On a good note An Na is absolutely adorable. Can’t wait until it’s confirmed that she’s DJ’s true daughter.

Right on all accounts. I think once Noel or Granny finds out JD is her daughter/granddaughter and/if the chairman gets KSR released Noel or Granny will switch sides
and take down KSR and her Mom. I don’t like either Noel or Granny at this point…but if that’s what it takes…

I think KSR’s ditsy devious mother will get the devious uncle to try and steal the soy sauce recipe. Wouldn’t it be great if DJ held the rights to the recipe. There was a scene where Grandma was testing the recipe and mentioned the vast improvements 2 years ago…DJ was the head chef then.I also wonder if WDG knew this and made a contract agreement with DJ to help her get revenge…I’m stretching the imagination here…but WDG always has an ulterior motive. He treats DJ like a thing he possesses not a loving wife. Has anyone ever seen newly weds sleeping in twin bedd???
Noel is so eaten up with jealousy…she’s just a pawn. DID WDG actually fall in love with DJ…I’d love to see the language in their contract marriage.
Will records at the orphanage/baby box drop off place release the information to
DJ about where the baby was placed?
I dropped a tear seeing An Na calling SY in heaven on DJ’s father’s phone.
I love the crazy KSR prison beat downs…but like all soap operas the villain will escape and hide out causing more havoc that eventually leads to her own downfall.

Right! Noel is a basket case and plays victim. When she slapped DJ…hopefully she slapped some sense into her about her ex…Noel’s a pathetic leech.

Love all the slaps and beat downs. I still don’t trust Granny…she will probably relent if she sees all the bumps and bruises on her “precious granddaughter”. Police took KSR’s DNA…will that be the beginning of unraveling all the twisted DNA floating out there…SoYi, Granny, her father etc. Also don’t trust that Wang De Guek won’t sway Granny into giving up the recipe. Was the originator of the soy sauce DJ from two years ago??? If KSR gets out because of WDG it’s time for DJ to leave and tear up
the contract. When will it be discovered that WDG killed KSR’s Dad? I don’t think Yohan is stupid, he’s strategic…just wish he’d do better than DJ as his love…but that wouldn’t fit with the storyline.
An Na brought out the cell phone just in time…hopefully her Dad will be the one to discover the phone…not DJ because she’s too far down the rabbit hole with vengeance for KSR. I still cringe thinking about the nasty stupid cheating ex-husband…impregnating both women on the same day…and still trying to act stupid…who does that????
