Title May I Help You Spoiler
now imagine being with someone who lasted 10 YEARS with their ex...
Either way is possible, it can mean he’s very committed to a relationship or it can mean high possibility of him going back to his ex. Since he didn’t go back to his ex, then it means he is very committed to relationship

sgns?
Strong girl nam soon was the worst, idk why the screenwriter made that after her success with do bong soon. This drama is more similar in to do bong soon in my opinion. But if you don’t like strong woman do bong soon, you won’t like this

Pure romcom, lighthearted bubble of joy! Great for laughs!

The last time I was this happy watching romcom was 2 years ago with Gaus Electronic. When you see this drama, the first thought you have will be that this is too absurd, and that's why I came to watch it. I looked for laughs and I got them until my mouth felt sore from laughing XD

When it came to the plot, I thought there wasn't one. But as it goes to the ending, turns out they packed everything into this 10-ep drama. The way they packed it was funny, but it was solid nonetheless. The main character healed their inner child, and I felt like they healed mine too, a little. It successfully made me immersed in the story despite there being no extreme events in it, which other drama usually compensates with crime solving (murder etc.) That's why the story is 10/10.

The rewatch value is straight 10/10 just because it makes me laugh so much! I can see myself going back to watch this regularly so I can laugh!

As for acting, to be honest I thought romcoms don't really need good acting because of how indoctrinated I am from watching cdrama saying that. But! Good acting is important! I really like that both Lee Junyoung and Pyo Yejin is good actors, hence they were able to act out their expression to the fullest, yet not overdo it. I especially like how Lee Junyoung portrays Moon Chamin, because he always manages to bring out Chamin's innermost feelings straight to the face. Just by seeing his face, I feel like I know what's going on in his mind, and what feeling he currently has. So the acting/cast score is 10/10 for me. You need good acting even for a romcom, don't look down on romcom!

As for music, my favorite is Gist-Charms. I like the lyrics "You have 24 charms, how can I not love you?" I think it sums up the story, of how people fall in love because of each other charms. I feel like that also describes my love for this drama. This drama is just that charming for me. There's also another track that I think hasn't been released, and it also sounds good. That's why I'll be generous here and give it 10/10!

So to summarize, this drama gets 10/10 score for me!

I’ll add something about the gore. I don’t like gore and this movie didn’t bother me in that aspect. Even…
Damn that was a missed opportunities, I want to see how lee junyoung would act sacrificial/meaningful death.

I’ll add something about the gore. I don’t like gore and this movie didn’t bother me in that aspect. Even if the scene is considered gore, it moved fast. Since it doesn’t focus on the gore itself, it’s not sickening.

It reminds me of another disadvantage this movie had, there’s almost no tension, where you’re scared the main cast gonna die or something bad gonna happen to them, since ma dong seok character nam san is too invincible. He doesn’t really face meaningful obstacle that can threaten him. This is common problem a lot of action movies face.

When physical obstacles can’t be added since the character is set to be invincible, they should’ve added emotional obstacles.
They should just kill someone in the main cast. That emotional explosion would be good. I would have cried if ji wan died.

I started this because of lee junyoung, and went with no expectation (since a lot of people criticized it).

Contrary to my expectations, it’s not that bad. First the actions, I appreciate it. They use continous shot a lot. This is really hard to take. And for non continous shot, the action and reaction is well filmed, so the actions really flow, so to speak.
The weapon they use also varies, and the way they use gun is also quite exhilarating to watch. Ma dong seok is truly made for action. If you see the movie, his character can be said to be very efficient. Compared to jiwan who use lot of bullets, namsan makes sure he shot the head.

The plot, as people says it’s not revolutionary, but it’s not bad. There are too many end-of-world movie these days that it’s hard to create something unique. But it’s true that I wasn’t able to be emotionally invested in the plot. No supposedly sad scene was able to make me cry. Well it’s normal, I don’t think the character even cried. I would love it if they put more effort in crafting emotional scenes.

The comedy is okay too. It didn’t make me laugh uncontrollably, but it did make me chuckle. I especially like the stepmother joke lol

It doesn’t feel that rewatchable so I want to put 7.5 rating… but I don’t wanna lower rating of lee junyoung work so I’ll put 8 🙈

does anyone know where I can watch this in the U.S.?
For US, I think you can only watch it on illegal sites. Other way is to use vpn and change your region to some asian countries and watch it on viu. It’s free on viu

I hope they keep similar hair cuts (not colors), but I doubt it
I would prefer he color his hair tho, when he was still an idol he rocks blue and white hair!

Strong recommendation that you check out music from the boy band LUNA. The group doesn't exist---they were created…
Oof my favorite songs of LUNA are love paranoia and rock n roll tonight 😆❤️

Because of DOAFF, I actually found out he is an idol before ahahhahHe was in UKISS as rapper
After I know he is an idol, I tried to watch anything he was on when he was an idol. He did turn out to be good at dance and singing too lol

He was street dancer, then debuted as rapper, then goes on survival show, won 1st place, debuted again as center and main vocal. Then he also become musical actor too. This guy did so many things, his life is a drama itself XD

idk how this went down this bad, she wrote another drama this year, dreaming of freaking fairytale, and it managed…
It's more like covid->ott use rise->content become dictated by ott->overseas ott give more investment->local ott loses->kdrama now all are catered to mainstream western audiences

Almost every kdrama now is of serious genre. Even the romcom somehow needs to have side quest like murder or bullying. I’m tired of romcom like that. Well at least there’s some outlier like gaus electronic and dreaming of freaking fairytale. Those two are now my fav romcom
