I guess these melons of casting r usually done by agency of those artists, to get their artist those roles by spreading the rumors n thus getting noticed n offered that role. That's y there r often melons of only those artists who r under some agency n don't have their own studios. The artists having their own studios often don't have many melons. This makes it easy for me to understand why don't we get many melons of Jianci casting in dramas, becos he is his own boss. If there is a melon about him it's often fans wishes or the production house actually offering him those dramas which he may or may not accept. Also makes it easier to understand why there is no news of his next drama too which is rumored to start next month probably. He himself doesn't want that.
