Yes, he tells her. Her reaction was in thought “hmmm…we donated Do Jin’s corneas”. He had been wanting to meet Do Jin’s family to thank them. The family won’t meet up. Instead YY writes him a letter with no disclosure. He didn’t mention it to her that he heard from them. I don’t think he even mentioned to her that he’d been trying to find them. She even got a call about the recipient wanting to meet them while she is with him. She says nothing to him about it. Knowing he’s a recipient and she says nothing is ridiculous. I would’ve asked him what his thoughts were. They’re always so vague with each other or they’re always interrupted.

Also irritated that something as important as corneal transplants has been handled. Two people who are so in love that one reveals it while the other one doesn’t want to know more.
