I'm thinking about to watch this drama, but I'm not sure yet.Can someone please let me know, what this drama is…
Yes, it's now one of my favourite dramas of all time. Synopsis makes it pretty clear what it's about. Just watch the first episode and decide if its for you.

One of my fav Ji Sung works. This is an absolute must-watch for his acting alone. He truly comes across as a man who has lost everything, becoming desperate and delusional for justice wherein he becomes a true fighter by the end of the show and returned to his former sharpness as a prosecutor. The payoff is just so perfect, and everything about the final episode feels well planned. I don't think 18 episodes is that much. I thought the pacing was well done and every episode had me hooked onto the next. Some plotholes, but the mind games and plot twists more than make up for it. Ji Sung and Ki Joon have one of the best dynamics I've seen in a thriller as well, and I love how well they are written and portrayed as enemies. Both of them are toyed with and manipulated through their vulnerabilities, as one who has received enough love for a lifetime, while the other is someone who has always been seeking it. Ki Joon plays his double roles to the fullest, and I was immensely entertained until the very end. It was refreshing to see a more unpredictable thriller, and to see the villains developed more to be something more than just human scum as there were moments for the villains where I also felt some level of pity. All the actors were brilliant, especially the child actor who gave one of the best realistic performances I have seen in dramas so far. The direction was superb, and I will never forget how insanely good the OST for this is in hyping up the big moments, and leaving you in serious suspense.

Can't wait for S2. Huge plot twist at the end of episode 6 just flipped the entire script on it's head and it's way more interesting now to see how it moves forward.

"I hate Juvenile offenders" Well me too. This drama shows that no matter the age even if you are young doesn't…
I just finished it and I think story of FL would have dragged if it was longer. It was very well wrapped up in two episodes.

Does the story get concluded in this season? I've been wanting to start Trillion Game, but I'm afraid it's one…
Yes it's concluded. There won't be more seasons.

I loved it! It's a great feel-good comedy with a surprising amount of character development for everyone and moments that had me laughing out loud from episode 1. The story gets much better as it develops, especially in episodes 3 and 4. They wrote the plot and comedic beats very carefully, and this is easily another of NGM's best roles of all time. I came for NGM but LJH's acting also had me hooked. Their bromance is great in the latter half. The entire BO team is a delight to watch, and they perfectly capture the funny office vibe of this drama. Furthermore, OST is perfect and the scene drawings at the end of the episodes always had me wanting more and anticipating the next episode. This has been made with a lot of heart and passion to it.

Wish we could have Season 2. It started very strong, had some incredible moments (especially the fantastic choreographed fight scenes), and huge chemistry between the cast. The pacing is very good from the start, and each episode keeps you glued to the screen. I found the villains especially well-written (Chief Gu and Killer were brilliant), and Namkoong Min's acting is amazing as always, making this maybe one of his favourite roles for me now. The rest of the actors are very well cast too and I found it flawless. There are slight hints of romance which I wish could have been developed, as I really liked ML and FL's pairing and interactions. Comedic moments also made me laugh in-between very serious moments and I was glad they were there as this story gets really heavy at times with all the cruel setbacks the ML faces. Lots of twists and turns, mind-blowing schemes and manipulation, etc. This definitely had lots of potential if it had been with better writers who weren't as greedy with the story, but I still enjoyed the hell out of it. 8.5/10

I have just started watching and the fight scenes are sooo weak :< they are wasting potential of a story
Are you kidding? The fight scenes are so well choreographed and one of the best parts of this.

Glad I watched this. It's not the greatest thriller, but it's definitely worth the watch. There's issues where the pacing became really slow in the middle and early parts of it, but it quickly sped up and wrapped up nicely with a decent ending. Beware there are many plot holes as well, and parts left unanswered. However, I would watch this just for NGM's acting, especially in Episode 16. He's incredible in every role he plays, and he delivers with an excellent performance in this. He especially stands out here compared to the rest of the cast who fit their part. This was a very interesting supernatural thriller, and I highly recommend it.

On My Dearest Part 2 Mar 14, 2025
Super disappointing ending. Overall an almost masterpiece of a drama and top tier in every category, especially with acting and cinematography, but this ending left so much to be desired. It was super rushed with the conclusion of key characters like RE neglected, the annoyingly repeated amnesia trope, and lots of plot holes with the timeline that the writers didn't care to think about it when going for a really emotional ending to try and make you forget all the glaring mistakes. I have no regrets about watching this, and I feel all the awards are well deserved. The chemistry is insanely good between NKM and AEJ and I'm glad they got the best couple's award! Wish I could see them act together again. I also have even more respect for NKM as I didn't believe he could pull off romance too, but this may be his best performance for me, with hot stove league coming in second. I also loved that the FL was treated right with the drama, and she wasn't a complete damsel in distress, but became much stronger mentally and resilient to her circumstances. One of the best love stories I've watched.

Did they lack budget, they can easily made 6 more episodes. Lots of dramas without story have 16 episodes, this…
sadly a lot of newer dramas are being made with less episodes than 16

Hard to believe this was a director's debut. This is top notch in every category, ranging from the incredible main cast to the actual sports drama and story. This is some of the best storytelling I have ever seen in a drama and every episode had me glued with it's tight and well-written plot. I know nothing about baseball and neither am I into it, but this made me laugh and cry at all the important moments. I learned a lot as this drama touches on a lot of realistic parts of baseball behind the scenes, and I couldn't help my cheers whenever something good happened. There is so much going on in each episode and it can get slow at times, but every episode was gripping and kept raising my expectations. It's intense plot-wise but very grounded at the same time. This is one of the few drama where each episode just gets better and better. All of the characters were super compelling by the end with their own interesting character arcs and motivations. Truly one of the greatest inspirational dramas I have seen. Sad this is so underrated despite having won awards. I was recommended this as an NKM fan, and this damn well delivered in every respect. I doubt I'll find anything like this again. This is a one of a kind masterpiece that I feel I can never watch again in the same way.
On One Dollar Lawyer Mar 10, 2025
So much wasted potential! Strong beginning and middle, but horrible ending. Still worth watching though, just for the actors alone, especially NKM who is as brilliant as ever. I loved the backstory of the ML, but the show really fell off for me afterwards especially the last two episodes with annoying time jumps. I didn't really laugh after the backstory, because the comedy felt really forced in serious moments. This should have been 14 eps like it was planned to be, as 12 was way too short and resulted in a horrible ending. No S2 is a crime.

Why they showed Moon Chae Won in season 2 if she's not the part of season 3? It doesn't make any sense
She was a short cameo in ep 16

On Taxi Driver Season 2 Mar 8, 2025
Didn't like it as much as S1, but still overall entertaining and focused on real life cases which were super interesting. I found this season much more comical and lighthearted at times, and even the overarching plot wasn't as interesting as I thought it was going to be. S2 just wasn't for me. However, I would never mind watching Taxi Driver just for the top tier action, acting (especially LJH's various disguises), and music OST alone even if storytelling isn't up to par. I always have fun with the rainbow crew and I am excited for S3. I just really hope the drama doesn't focus more on forcing KDJ and AGE into a relationship. I just think one is a lot more maturer and acts older than the other which really doesn't work for me, but it's nothing I can't bear.

Be really ready to suspend your disbelief this season, cause things get a lot more unrealistic ranging from the technology to the actual revenge strategies. Only then can you truly enjoy the fun ride.
