Here is my guess. Parawat and Khemika(the straight couple) loved each other, while Chayos, the male ghost, loved Khemika, but Rampheung, the Female ghost, loved Chayos. Chayos rejects her, and she feels anger towards Khemika, which leads to this curse. That's why Chayos tries to save Khem in his present state. Chayos and Paran (the present version of Parawat) seem to have beef like they might have had for Khemika.

The difference between you and I is that I don't need to hate something to feel valid online . We are enjoying fiction, you are starting fights. If this is your hobby maybe you should get a new one. Do you understand the words coming out of your mouth? you clearly don't understand that actors and the acting are two separate topics. You are disrespecting the actor by saying they should have gotten someone else. He is acting that way because he is supposed to! Now I don't understand what you find disgusting about his character but I see no reason for this much hate. Sorn on the other hand is all over him that's why he is annoyed.
