He is always good but rarely got paired up with actress who can match his level. Wu Jinyan in the previous project was good though but the story is just too painful to watch. I wish he could get more suspense drama or any crime mystery drama . I think he would be cool.
The first half, it was sooo good and intense . It got weird after that.. I think the pacing of the story just didn't help the development much. It could ve been so much better.
I am currently in ep 25. Oh my God... How can I handle the FL? She's soooo..... errr.. way too slow . At the beginning, it's not strange how she treated others as just a part of the script but the way she kept carrying it even though she started to be emotionally attached to some of them, it's kind of weird. Too unfair for Nan Heng who put so much effort on them. It's like a tragic one-sided love. The way she holds prejudice and another misunderstanding after another misunderstanding... I keep screaming "why cant you be a little bit smarter like your younger sister????" I personally appreciate Liu Yuning and Li Yitong. Both are exceptional actors. I can't imagine Nanheng without LYN. He owns the role. I would be very happy to see them again in another project.

True. I just saw teaser 29 and she still pushed him away in order to protect him. I dont know but why do I feel that Taohua suddenly turns a bit dumb after losing memories. It seems that she lost the ability to read the whole situation. She used to be smart and decisive though. But this time, she clearly needs help and so far Zaiye has been clearly and very clearly showing his sincerity to help her. It's not like he was the reason behind her suffering in the past though. It's quite weird at how she keeps pushing him away, rather than join hand with him. It's just that... they drag it for too long.

Both FL and ML characters are quite realistic. Since they dont know each other that long, it's actually quite common for them to be so cautious. Especially from the start, it's not a love marriage. And they didn't just suddenly fall in love out of the blue. Even when the feeling started to grow, they just couldn't put it first.

I have some mix feelings after 43 episodes. I love the way Zhu Yilong carried out the character from an awkward young man into a very bold powerful man, yet sometimes he is also a sentimental Romeo. I like the portion of the romance that not very heavy but managed to slightly keep the pacing until the end. Miss Lan is a refreshing charming character. I think her character exist to show audiences that Lin Nan Sheng could also develop another relationship apart from his epitome first love, Zhu Yi Zhen. It could be very boring if we only have LNS-ZYZ loveline from the beginning. But toward the end, it's quite obvious whose his heart belong to.

The actors are doing fine. Storyline is also supposed to be interesting but I think the directing and editing makes me struggling quite a bit. I am in episode 4 and it feels like I keep missing some important parts but when I checked back to the previous scenes, I couldnt find it. Every time a new conflicts rises, it always feels like watching directly in the middle of story. As if they assume that we will just get it. LoL.

I just finish the ep 39. Overall, it's 10/10 for Wang Kai and Tan Songyun's deeeeep chemistry. The plot is actually not always satisfying for me haha but I miss them already. I have many favorite scenes throughout the show. One of them is , I think it is from early episode, during the introduction to the main characters. They show both of their houses and how they live. I remember how CX house scene was added with some light background music and she looks so cheerful doing many things at home but soon after that, the scene turns into NT's house and it's all mute. So quiet that I think I could hear the sound of the dust there. Gu Nanting doesnt even try to look cool at that time. He just entered his house and looked tired. I love the contrast in that introduction.

In other drama, they will just cut it out and probably only leave it in one angle when their lips just about to touch🤣. I am glad the crew of this drama is pretty generous. I want to thank the director for giving us a whole spinning camera angles during the shoot 🤣. I understand that regulation is quite strict in chinese broadcast but they did the best they could. It's done beautifully. Emotion rolling and the set is just a perfect image for showing how finally GNT brreaks the rule 🤣 and finally his heart lands.
