this drama would have been thousands times better with a better post-production.. fan videos on tiktok are way more intriguing and engaging than the actual drama 💀 and it’s such a pity because i love the story and the actor are doing a great job (as we can see in the behind the scenes)

our main leads were both exhausted but i must say that they were just so immature, naive and stupid to believe what those a**holes (the aunt and the green feathered birds) told them

AYin suffered so much in ep 25 😭😭😭 i hate everyone but especially those green feathered a**holes they deserve an eternity of endless pain

Yes, I totally understand her too. She’s always so loyal towards her friends and loved ones, so she was so heartbroken when YQ turned his back on her.. Hopefully they’ll get an happy ending 🥺🤞🏻

I’m officially a part of Gu Jin/Yuan Qi protection squad 😭 I know, he’s stupid, easily manipulated and he will hurt A’Yin, who loves him so much. But after losing Daze Mountain he’s truly devastated and broken. He lost friends and seniors that took care of him when his parents abandoned him and he had no one else to count on. 😭 And he’s gonna regret all his decisions for 1000 years 😭 I just feel so sorry for him 😭 And you can’t compare his behaviour or decisions with his father’s (who was already 100k years old) or his mother (who started to take her role as a chief god seriously only at 10000 years old..). Instead, Gu Jin’s hundreds years old and he went through so much 😭 I want to give him a hug 😭🫂

Apparently they’ll re-shoot it in February 2024 ‘cause they changed the FL and now it’s Hu Yixuan. If that’s true, I’d be so happy because I liked the synopsis and since I watched Ancient Love Poetry I wanted to watch the ML in a new drama :)

I think that Zhao Lusi’s portrayal of A’Yin is perfect. She’s a new born water beast, she’s cute, naive, talkative, friendly, smart and so lovable. Same with Gu Jin. Before starting The Last Immortal I watched Ancient Love Poetry and let me tell you that I can totally understand his personality. His parents left him multiple times, he’s all alone now and he knows how much pain and responsibility come with huge powers. Still, I’m so interested in his character development. He’s Bai Jue and Shang Gu’s son after all 🫶🏻.
I’m so attached to this world and these characters and I can’t wait to see what’s gonna happen next. Lots of angst, misunderstandings, but also beautiful relationships and sacrifices, as always 💜

The downside of watching such a beautiful and captivating cdrama like SOKP is that you won’t find another drama as beautiful and interesting as this one to watch next.
