I’m super disappointed with ashes of love !!! like it breaks my heart for the disappointment that I felt LOL after all all all the misunderstandings, there’s immediately a war the next day and she died! like after all heartache that I felt watching they killed her, and they meet at the mortal realm, hugged, then just show them walking in the forest and then abruptly there’s a child like it even doesn’t heal my heart. But I don’t disregard the people who loved it, maybe I’m just a romantic person LOL Legend of ShenLi has a matured couple, all misunderstandings are solved right away they are so honest with each other, Xingzhi explaining why he can’t fall for her (“that’s why ShenLi I can’t fall for you” arghghg!!! that line🫠🫠🫠) and Shen Li always confessing 🫢 urgh!!! my couple I really love it! like a breathe of fresh air after all the xianxia conflicts misunderstanding that I’ve watched, it’s a romance and it serves its purpose as a romance xianxia, YOU ARE RIGHT AFTER ALL IT’S JUST ABOUT TASTE 🍵

I watched and finished LBFAD on Netflix last year, I saved its ost on my “liked” on spotify it’s good, but I never rewatch it the way I rewatched LOSL many times, I think it’s just about preferences.

i saw in one interview that LGX is begging ZLY not to say that line because according to LGX it was so cringy and it doesn’t need to be said because in the script it was just in shenLi’s mind but ZLY said it outloud and I found the BTS LGX’s reaction was so cute hahahah! they are so cute 🫠
This is my first Zhao Liying and Lin Gengxin Series. Actually I’m bored lately with nothing to watch after Amidst a Snowstorm of Love (cdrama) & Marry My Husband (kdrama), then I’ve been seeing posts and spoilers about Legend of ShenLi that their chemistry is great etc etc and I want to see the hype so I tried, and it didn’t disappoint me 😫, especially I’m into matured looking male actors, even in Korean I like: Lee Min Ho, Jo In Sung, So Ji Sub, Gong Yoo, Hyun Bin, Na In Woo etc, Lin Gengxin is my cup of tea 🍵His acting styles is full of charm, expressive and funny!

I love Eternal Love Ten Miles Peach Blossom & Love and Redemption, I think I can now replace it 🫢This is the only drama that made me rewatch it 5x in a row after the release. What a gem in romance xianxia category 💎It will be forever in my heart, sooner or later I can move away from this loop of rewatching it, but I know that everytime I will rewatch this in the future I will feel exactly the same way I felt when I first watched it, that what makes this drama beautiful.
you mean without conflicts just them being happy? around episode 38, it’s a slow burn romance with lots of flirting, for me even though they got together at last episodes it’s still worth the watch, lots of sweet scenes along the process. 🔥
