I told myself I was only going to watch the first episode of season two haha. DP is just too good in like a gripping way. I’ve never been in the military I live in the US and having mandatory service versus optional would definitely make the atmosphere different. I think you’re always going to get bullying and harassment but I really wonder how close this is taking it to the truth or exaggeration for theatrical purpose. But when traditions are set they are hard to break like hazing in colleges those could get pretty extreme until they finally started cracking down. Military and college is hard to compare but I feel like the hazing is comparable but a college I think cares more about it’s reputation and has more social media coverage than military.
Just wanted to buffer all sides of and directions of the comments here where some people are like it’s so boring and overrated and the chemistry sucks and the writing is horrible. Okay fr to be honest a lot of the BL have shitty writing like it’s either bad or like good then bad or in some variation idk but somehow it’s enjoyable it’s like watching anime and it gets bizarre or confusing and you’re like wtf? But you keep watching and you like it?
So chemistry, it wasn’t bad, but also look at both these actors and look at all the other roles and dramas they have been in. I looked at the most recent main roles for each and did not see any BL so this was maybe their first role and either write/director/actors could have had boundaries. And it was a cute first love thing and we had some silly sexual jokes or remarks so it’s not like they didn’t act more closer than guy friends and care more and get overly jealous?
But my other point is if you also think the chemistry was dull are you also use to watching like all of MAMEs or like Kinnporsche where the chemistry and sexualization and sexual shit is laid on so heavy and I mean… laiiiid okay jk so where has your bar been set think of the rating of the show.

Probably I think they for sure planned for a second season when making it. But now that’s not happening. And even if that did get overturned we wouldn’t have the same actors probably.

Unless I missed something he made excuses about where his bike was and why he wasn’t riding then he had Todd teach him to ride a bike. Who is the one know helped him become Black. Annnd then he beat Sean in a race to the garage so he obv did well on the bike
This is good. I’m already hooked. It flows really well too. So obviously he isn’t going to be able to act just like his twin he has no idea how he acted he had no connection with him or contact anymore so he had to go with the flow and he does well to improvise and make excuses and yeah everyone is noticing but he also disappeared for a few days and had a life altering event so everyone’s going to blame that. But he looks dead on like black so what can they say other than why you acting different or weird. The not riding the bike thing? I don’t think anyone finds out? He has one of his friends who knows he his white teach him and he made excuses about where the bike was.

I feel like Jeff and porshay just didn’t have enough time put it into with the scenes because it just like moved too fast and I’m sure if probably flows or makes more sense in the book but I also was like ah this is confusing and a little cringe but also cute and could have been better but if they do a season 2 I’m sure it will be!!! But there was so much shit to cover and three???? Couples and then even exes in this so there was a lot and family drama and other brothers so a lot going on for one season lol
I’m that user on here that chronically struggles with the last couple episodes of a drama. but I wanna say the last episode definitely the last like 15 minutes or so had me feeling so happy 💕 but I loved this drama and then got stuck for awhile. but overall it was good.
I think something wrong with your eyes, their chemistry are top tier. You need to see doctor

I think I understand how you feel. I have gone back forth but honestly. they open up more about her behavior and decisions. Bc at times I also don’t like the ML either. Maybe they really are both meant to be lol. I go back and forth about not liking them. I also like and dislike NJ but I HOPE she ends up with someone else, like I hope she finds her person but I hope it’s not the ML. I’m only half in so.

Did you watch into the credits???. My interpretation is he ran into that little girl that scene happened again and later in life they found each other because it phases from younger her to older her on the scooter after some credits. I’ve learned to always watch past the credits 💕 so I believe he promised never to forget her and they found each other
OKAY wow it’s been abit since I watched a drama and I was blown away. This is up there as definitely one of my favorites and absolutely beautiful. To anyone else asking because I saw someone else asking if this was like romance? Yes and no is it a drama that has a lot of romance no but it’s about like destined lovers for sure and someone trying hard to reunite with their loved one but also trying to stop bad things from happening so romance is not the major plot. There’s maybe 3 or 4 scenes where someone might kiss because it’s not the focus! But if you’re looking for romance don’t run away this is super good and made me so happy by the end.
Omg I keep watching all these movies under romance today and I keep getting bittersweet. I absolutely love the way they bounce this with the time frames and the black and white to color and the reference to the game and the world being colorless. And the father ugh he’s so precious. Awesome movie!
