Yeah, and in real life, anyone who just left their child unattended is guilty of neglect and that is a crime. He would have been a suspect in his child's disappearance.

I worry about NY being a grand manipulator. I have a feeling she will threaten him with a baby to keep him quiet. She'll threaten to leave and never let him see his child or something crazy like that.

Actually a drunk spill would be so on point with him. I really hope they make him at least decent. Especially since NY wants to have his brother fired.
