I only sympathize with Se Yeong because her mother manipulated and used her, but many of the hateful things she did to Ha Na came from her own heart. For most of the series, her greed was her own. She chose to commit crimes. It's good that she finally did the right thing. I still believe that she should face consequences for her part in the years of embezzlement. I'm answering this before I watch today's episode, which I'm about to watch in a few minutes.
Why is Seyeong not jailed for embezzlement of $2 million? This Writer have her embezzled $2 million and then…
I wonder that as well. The show is treating embezzlement like a parking ticket. They also make it seem like, as long as you apologize, crimes can be forgiven. Also, I'm almost 100% sure Ji Seok will be with Se Yeong by the end.
Has the writer forgotten about the death of Goo parents?? Are we not going to get any resolution for that???SeYoung…
I also thought about that. I guess the direction the writers are taking is that if you get on your knees and apologize all is forgiven, even embezzlement.
It kind of felt underwhelming to have Se Yeong be the one to turn her mother in. I knew it would turn out that way, but that was her "redemption card." Cruella was the one who committed murder, so she is deserving of prison, though. It was nice to see her finally get caught.
Wow- today's episode did not disappoint. It delivered far more than I expected. Seon Ju won by 10 points- I was…
With all that dirt shared on the show, I'm surprised the head writer didn't break out a bucket of popcorn or roll the cameras. 😂 The chairman had to eat crow after telling So U he was disappointed in him. He is going to be devastated when he sees the full picture of how he is a member of a family of villains. Oh, and the beatdown was awesome!
Nice karate kick to Nam jin’s Head 🤣 the beatdown he finally deserved ... was laughable though when he exited…
Sun Ae is from the streets, so that's why she had the upper hand, but I forgot about Man Eun pushing Yeon Ae down. 😂 There were so many fights. But I felt a little bad for her because even though she's messy, she doesn't lie. She even helped Man Eun reveal the truth. Yeon Ae is shady, but one of my favorites on the show. She's in everybody's business and can't keep a secret for anything. 😂 I really hope the show stays on this path, revealing dirty secret after dirty secret one by one.
