I think it's worth checking out if you are really into fantasy. I've enjoyed it so far. It's more lighthearted than other dramas, which is a nice break from all of the deadly ones out so far.
Youβre right on the first point and some bits of the other points too. For point two, I think Seon-Jae has psd…
Thanks, everything is clearer now. Oh, and I wonder the same thing about the club manager... it seems that way to me but it's so vague. I wonder if his club is just a front for prostitution. Poor Soo Bin.
Do you know how many times I had to rewind parts in episode 4? π If you blinked more than once during this episode you missed facts. Okay ... so correct me if I'm wrong: 1. About 6 months ago Da Eun took a compromising photo of Soo Bin and since then has been blackmailing him... at first it was little things but now she wants to force him to date her. She may also be baiting him with financial help too. I think she is also obsessed with taking things from Ye Ji. 2. Ye Ji needs Seon Jae to enter an artist's contest with her, which she thinks will make Soo Bin jealous. However, I'm very confused about their past and why he stopped showing up for school. I didn't catch his scandal. 3. Soo Bin actually likes Ye Ji but he has way too much going on in his personal life to pursue her. Did I get it right?
I just finished today's show, and Ru Bi is the MVP! ππ Despite being a teenager, she carries herself like an adult. It was good that she apologized for her earlier disrespect, but what truly stood out was how she explained things to her dad regarding her grandmother. I laughed so hard!
Today's episode was a highlight for me, and I couldn't resist giving it a rating. Moving forward, I hope the character Hyo Shim continues to grow stronger and learns to lead her own life. It was challenging to witness her playing the role of a doormat in the first 25 episodes. Dear writers, let's keep the character development going without any backtracking, please.
The eldest brother generally thinks straight, but the two younger ones seem to have a lot of nerve, especially Hyo Joon, who is older, expecting their sister to take care of them. There's been a lack of sincere gratitude, even when she bailed him out of jail. I find it puzzling that over the years, he couldn't manage at least a part-time job to contribute to his own expenses. He could have lived at home and studied at the library or taken extra classes to pass the exam. It's ironic that he labeled his sister as selfish!
By the way, I couldn't help but laugh when HJ made a quick exit from the house. I was like, "run Forest... run!" π
Ru Bi is a brat, but I LOVE how she told her grandma exactly what she needed to hear. π That girl is no push over. Today was the first episode there was a hint that the title may start coming true. I think it's funny how the family is flipping out a little. Those grown folks may have to start looking out for themselves.
I loved when Sam Dal told that gremlin, she could keep the cheating dude and the concept because neither of them would do her any good in the end. It would have been even better if she secretly recorded her and put it on the internet, but it's too soon in the series for her to get back her reputation. She has to spend more time at home and fall in love again.
its like 60% murder plot and 40% romance ugh huhu i wish they speed it up
Yeah I don't like that either. I didn't expect Cupid to turn into a bodyguard/murder investigator.π€£ For the most part I think the series is okay, it could be better but I'm still enjoying it.
Whenever a character says, "promise me you won't go out." You know for sure that person is definitely going to go out and meet the killer.ππI don't blame superman cupid for yelling. Also, is it just me or did the writers in 2023 just decide to write all rommurders instead of romcom?
Wow what an episode! It made my heart jump all over the place with them finally expressing their love β€οΈ then breaking up πͺthen getting back together.πAnd now we finally know who the villains were behind their death. I hope they make the evil stepmother, her sidekick, and backstabbing grandpa pay.
It's nice to see the leads doing more loving than fighting, including that kiss. It's so obvious that the hater 2nd FL sabotaged the show and I hope they figure it out soon because this 2nd FL is pretty weak and unnecessary. The wicked stepmother is all the villain we need, and I guess now the grandfather too (I'm sad about that one).
So for now LTG has gained some sanity and love the riot act NYZ read him (though still wanted a straight jacket…
I totally agree! I especially hope LTG can become a true adopted son who is happy with the princess, instead of an obsessed shifu stalker. Oh, and also hope they somehow take both emperors out of the picture. All of the leaders in this so far stink.
