I won't comment on the ML's looks as attractiveness is subjective. But I will say that the webtoon this drama…
For someone like me who only watches RomCom, this isn’t as bad as everyone says. Maybe I’m biased here since I’m a hardcore fan of RomCom, that’s why I don’t really mind the typical RomCom tropes and cliches.
I love the ML and I think he’s very handsome. What killed this drama for me was the direction of the story,…
The love triangle is indeed pointless and unnecessary. The second male lead had all the time to confess since he and the female lead are childhood friends, but why only confess when the male lead appears? Kdrama writers really love this kind of trope, and it’s annoying. On the other hand, I still think the rating is way too low since this is how typical office rom-coms go: chaebol ML falls for ordinary FL, ML has childhood trauma, siblings rivalry over company control.
The rating is criminally low, tf. This isn’t even bad. At this point, I believe the low ratings are because the male lead isn’t visually handsome like typical rom-com male leads.
You really miss the point of this drama. Just because the title is "Can This Love Be Translated" doesn't mean it's about a Japanese language or Korean language.
