For anyone who's interested, Deng Wei he shows up at the last minute lol of ep1 around the 44-minute mark. If I'm not mistaken. π Episode 1 was good! I still don't really understand what it's about lol but it's so cute so far. The tone of the drama is funny and lighthearted nothing too serious.
I'm having trouble coming back from the last episodes, girlfriends, and a confession that if you don't love me,…
Nao: "That's my best friend, my ride-or-die." North: "But he won't let you have a girlfriend." ππ
Kinda feel sorry for Nao. He just doesn't want to lose his best friend of over six years. π₯² This man just wants to date girls his own age lol, but Tiger is such a pain in the ass.
Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes, but only when both characters clearly have feelings for each other.
Here it just feels one sided. Nao sees Tiger as a dear friend, not a romantic partner, and it almost feels like Tiger is pressuring him into seeing him differentlyπΆπ»ββοΈββ‘οΈ. I'm not feeling the chemistry either. π
I only gave this story a chance because I loved the first two. If it wasn't part of the Fourever You2 series, I probably would've skipped it. The actors are cute though so I'll finish it since it's short.π
Se Gye's grandfather is evil too. He acts all angelic, But he's spent his whole life taking advantage of the SML and making him feel inferior and less valued than Se Gye.π€π€·ββοΈ
Also, it's disappointing that both aunties are written as incapable of handling the family business.π
My God, the angst in this episode π³πand that preview for the next one! I hope the next episode will be at least two hours long. There's still so much left, and I don't want it to end so soon. ππ
Today and tomorrow are the finale episodes I can't wait! β€οΈ
This drama has been so good. I really hope they don't fumble the ending, but with how strong the writing has been so far, I trust they'll deliver a satisfying finale. π€β€οΈ
I binge watched the last 10 episodes, and they were so good! I really enjoyed this drama. It had a few slow and boring moments, but overall it was a great watch. I loved those three villain men lol. The ML is a great actor and so handsome and the FL was amazing.β€οΈ Episode 16 had me laughing, and the last two episodes were fire! The child actor who played the emperor did a great job, but I couldn't believe a 6 year old could handle all that. Unless I missed something about the character age?π Oh well, it's just a drama. Looking forward to the actors' future projects. β€οΈ
It was so cute, and it really ended on a happy note. As I said before, this is a BL snack lol short but fun. I think Kim Dong Won delivered a top tier acting. Everyone did well, but he was especially greatπ. I'm weak for kisses on the beach while the sun is setting lol. It just feels so warm and romantic. I recommend it if you're up for a short body swap story. β€οΈ
I'll mainly tune in for Deng Weiπβ€οΈ, but the cast looks so good too lol. I mean, just look at Riley Wang and Dai Lu Wa π« β€οΈ. We're in for some superb acting, and they're definitely eye candy. π
Futami is gorgeous! That hairstyle could never hide his face card ππ€£β€οΈ
And Sato Yusuke looks so damn handsome in that grey suit. ππ₯
The casting team really nailed it with this drama. Even the younger versions of the leads were so well matched it felt like they were the same characters at different ages especially younger Yotsuya RyoΒ !πππ―
This was way better than I expectedπβ€οΈ. I binge watched all 8 episodes in one go lol. It's so good I wouldn't have survived watching it one episode a week.π Can't wait for the final episode. Hopefully, they film a special episode too. Highly recommend it! π₯
Ryan Cheng and Liu Xing Chen (as A Jin, the ML's bodyguard) are seriously good actors. π€£π€£β€οΈ Their micro expressions are always so fun to watch!
in Ep13. This character Guard Qin Cang he looked so familiar, so I had to check his profile. His name is Yang Ze, and he was the male lead in dramas like The Killer Is Also Romantic and Destined to Meet Youβ€οΈ. He's also active in vertical dramas. I like him lol. It's good that he got a supporting role here. I think he suits modern dramas more, but he did a great job in Historical drama anyway. π
I watched My Magic Prophecy about 8 months ago and thought it was cute. Later, I learned that the actors had another drama together, but I wasn't ready to watch it yet because their previous characters were still fresh in my mind, especially since they're a fixed acting pair.π
Now felt like the right time, and I'm glad I waited. Last Twilight was much more engaging in terms of both acting and storytelling, and I enjoyed it more than their recent drama.π€β€οΈ
I love stories that focus on growth, no matter what the characters go through. No drama is perfect, but I'd say 90% of this one was really good. Definitely not a drama to miss. Recommended π―ππ₯
Scriptwriters really need to reflect on their work. πΆπ»ββοΈββ‘οΈπΆπ»ββοΈββ‘οΈ
One thing I admire about this drama is the cinematography and visuals. What a beautiful first and last episode, especially the scenes in the flower field.
It was my first time seeing these actors, and I could tell they were talented. The story was charming at first, but the character writing wasn't strong enough to keep me invested.
I'm not going to mark this as completed because I couldn't enjoy more than 30% of it. Most of the time, I watched at 2x speed or kept fast forwarding... It was just... yeah. π

Wahhh, they gave (Yang Ze) Qin Cang a love storyline? Hehe yes please more romance! lol I'm not complaining.
I got goosebumps watching the FL talk to herself. ππ Sweet Ye Li, she was so lonely.π₯²
