I felt overwhelmed with both emotions. I didn’t even have the strength to reply to that comment. If I responded in anger, I worried you might think I was being irrational or bullying someone new to Ning Ge.

What made it worse was noticing that shortly after my message, that absurd comment received three likes. I worried you might have read it and agreed, and I began to think that perhaps other dedicated fans, who regularly check Ning Ge's MDL page, supported it too. My heart felt heavy, and I couldn’t shake the fear that everyone believed that nonsense.

However, deep down I know the truth. There’s plenty of evidence on Weibo, Douyin, and other platforms showing that Ning Ge, his studio, and his fans are genuinely working hard to positively promote the "TSOPG" drama.

This sadness I felt was consuming me. I thought, even if I clarified things and replied, would anyone believe me, including you, a fellow Ning Ge fan? I started to feel like my words wouldn’t make a difference. I even considered reporting this issue to the Global Green House.

Yesterday (October 20) at 7:30 PM, I watched the 3-hour live broadcast of the Golden Eagle Awards on Mango TV/Hunan TV just to see Ning Ge perform. I waited the entire time and finally witnessed his performance of "Li Xiang" (理想) (Idea) on the final stage. It was absolutely worth the wait! 😍😘💛🌟✨

I also really loved the song "Diao" (掉) (Falling) that Ning Ge sang in 'Melody Journey' episode 10 yesterday. It was really wonderful! 👍👍🤗💛🌻

Then, LJX used his status as Marquis to force LYN to stay. In the episode 18 preview, LYN was about to leave, but LJX said, "If I don't want you to leave, do you think you can leave? Wait until your third brother comes to rescue you." It almost looks like LJX kidnapped LYN in broad daylight because he wanted to test LSY to see if he knows martial arts. LJX is really getting on my nerves. After watching the episode 18 preview, I'm going crazy! I really can't wait to see the upcoming episodes.

I really enjoyed and loved the performances of all the actors and actresses in this drama. They all did a great job. 👍👍👏👏 I especially love Ren Min's acting; it always feels genuine and impressive.

I'm really upset with Tencent for changing the airing schedule to only one episode on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Two episodes a day were not enough for me, and now it’s even worse. Chinese drama episodes are only 40 minutes long, which feels too short for me. In contrast, Korean drama episodes are one hour long.
After watching the preview for episode 18 today, I was going crazy. Tencent, you are torturing me. I really want Tencent to drop the express option right now, though I know it’s not going to happen. Can’t Tencent at least change the airing schedule back to two episodes every day like before?

Chinese censorship only allows Chinese dramas to have 40 episodes, with each episode limited to 40 minutes. I mean, come on—almost all the costume dramas I’ve watched barely fit into 40 episodes. Whether they’re original scripts or adaptations from novels, they often don’t fit within the constraints of 40 minutes per episode and 40 episodes. All the costume dramas are like this; if they can’t fit into 40 episodes, they always rush the ending, and that ruins the good drama.

If they don’t want the dramas to be too long, then 40 episodes is fine, but they should at least allow each episode to be longer than 40 minutes or even one hour. If they want to limit the number of advertisements in each episode, why can’t they set their own rules regarding advertisements, like specifying how many times ads can appear? It really looks like this strict Chinese censorship is a black hole for the future of Chinese dramas.
