I don't know about TLB love triangle 2.0 but with the amount of entertainment we r expose to every love triangle looks similar or identical imo.

N yet , you will still check it out when it airs , if nothing for curiosity sake , so to me it not a big deal but i get if u r the type that dont like spoilers and what to be surprised, u might have issues with this but to me it gives an idea of what am about to watch. Anyway those r not BTS clips circulating but reuters which most of the dramas shooting have them n it help to let audience gain interest in a show, sometimes to see the reactions that fans or audiences have about a show by the production team. Of course it not all the time, since the are production team that like to keep the suspension also for a reason.

It is the extreme weight loss , maturity and her styling has evolved so yes she will look different in certain angle but i see the same person, of course u can believe what u want to believe, tired of hearing this over and over again, i dont know why u want her to look like her 20 years old self or even a year old self in her 25 years of age, when maturity happens everyday.
