The talk between them about his past was so mature and loving before their kiss. i loved how she didnt get angry at him about the things he didnt want to share with him but made sure that she got to know by asking his mentor about it.

Not really. She only met him like twice. Then she started slowly falling in love with the ml, even defending and worrying about him, in the latest episodes she started trying to learn about his past and even getting slightly jealous lol.

She knows; that's why she had been torturing him for years knowing he loves her but can't get her, the power. he craves power but as long as she is the ruler, he cant get that power. Final battle would be awesome with Ml awakening the spell caster's power and his sword's along with her power, There is a bigger villain in the drama, one that she sealed before becoming the ruler years ago.
