Song Kang Ho was the lead actor in the biggest South Korean movie ever, internationally speaking, (Parasite). It is the first South Korean film to receive any Academy Award recognition at all, and also won Best Picture. Hardly third rate.

If they had to stretch out the story for 32 episodes like they did they should have used some it depicting Da Bae and Chae Won interacting as brother and sister. Instead there were literally 0 interactions between them after she finds out he's her brother.

Great to see Kwon Nara as lead again

It's a real shame they never had the FL's mother realize what a good person her daughter's bf is, and instead still thought he was a good-for-nothing. They never even had the FL explain to the mother that he had been with her in the building collapse and saved her, and that he was dying. That would have been great catharsis, so I don't see why they never did that. I was waiting for it for half the series. It's the biggest disappointment of the series.

Did no one else find it depressing that the ML chose to dedicate his life to the FL while she blew him off for some scumbag and chose that guy over him?

Good drama, but two important story bits were left unresolved. It was never made clear to Joo Jon that her husband didn't cheat on her and that the credit card statement with love hotel rooms was because of the creep doctor. It was also never mentioned in the end what Ban Do would do to support his family. Would he continue his terrible dead end job that helped ruin his marriage?
