no, they just show the work environment. There's just bromance and sisterhood and work relationships. a few have a husband/ wife and children though. It's not a show about romance .

An absolute masterpiece. Every character in this series was an absolute gem. There was so much love, friendship,trust, and human emotions between all of them.Zhen Ren and Su yun had amazing chemistry between them. If you're looking for bromance,this is the right drama for you. Su li was an incredible director of the hospital, and we got to meet so many different people, showing how multidimensional every human being is. Yes, from a medical standpoint not everything made sense, but if you look past that, this drama will get you hooked.

very sweet. However , with the main couple it felt like I was watching 16 year olds,not 20. I actually feel like the second couple ended off very hopeful, so it's not a bad ending for me. A nice kbl I don't regret watching.

I liked it, with they would have focused more on day and itt and fourth and gus. I don't think k anyone who hasn't read the novel will understand what's flying. But I enjoyed watching a bl that isn't so tame like so many have become.

I really liked this series. Very true to life and realistic. Emotions and feelings were depicted phenomenally by amazing actors! wish it was longer, definitely would like a season 2.

What a breath of fresh air! the couples had insane chemistry and sexual tension. There was communication all the way throughout, with no unnecessary breakups! A must watch.

I loved it a lot. unpopular opinion, I felt the chemistry and romance so much more here than in The untamed. Although both are gems and should be watched on their own merits. My life will never be the same again.

I heard so much about this drama, I decided to give it a go. what can I tell you?? This was a masterpiece. It kept me HOOKED.

After a while, I actually really started enjoying this series! call me basic, but I love the cold/ warm dynamics going on between the main couple, it never gets old . wish the subtitles were better though.

This is a gem. absolutely loved this.
