I think this is why. I notice it too! The make up and contouring wasn’t that great for him. I think he looks wonderful without all the make up, but it’s probably to give the illusion of him being older because Neo has a natural baby face.
So for those that think he has plastic surgery, I would say probably not, it’s all makeup.
