The bullet that was used to kill Kawashima was for a shorter range shot, while the one stored in the evidences room was for a longer range and would crack the skull, instead of making a hole, should it be used for a shorter one. HS was suspicious that LH swapped the bullet and it was proven to be true, so he swapped the bullet with the one similar to the original bullet. He probably did that so there would be an investigation for the bullet. LH probably swapped it, but there was no proof that he did. HS is suspicious of LH and since HQ was implicated, he needs to find loopholes in LH's actions to save his brother.

I have 'forced' 2 of my friends to watch this drama. They said watching this requires thinking 😅 They are so used to watch fantasy with good looking actors without needing to work their brains 🫢
Back to 8.3 👏🏻 This drama is so underrated and deserves more love. Cheng Yi did so well here. I love how his character is written. A very smart young man who started as an arrogant reckless young master acting an operative and had to deal with a heart break from that and is becoming a better agent now.

No one knows who Kunwu is so it only makes sense that he covers himself all over, and more so in front of Milan, since he does not really trust her loyalty now, shaken by love. IMO
Kunwu covered his whole face and body when meeting Milan, did not trust even his top operative.
Is Kunwu old? Nope. At least not from what was visible in episode 20. He spoke with deep fake voice, wearing mask all over his face and glasses to hide his eyes, part that was not covered by the mask (the kind that was used by agents to disguise themselves) He just forgot to cover his hands. The hand that threw the envelope (with photos) to Milan, the same one that hit the room divider did not belong to an old man.
I might be wrong tho. For now, everyone (but ML & FL) can be Kunwu. Only death can spare the suspect 😅

I thought HS followed YM after arriving in Changsha, the girl he saw in Shanghai for several time. She then met with LH. Then went home, with LH made sure she was safe before leaving. Having no intel at all (or nothing else to do to get info) HS then followed LH.

Didn't HS suspect Ling Han after his sniper shot Zhang Hua dead? The commander was found out by HS. The top level spy who would be able to reveal so many secrets especially since they have no intels about the enemy movement. The sniper got panicking seemed to be a weak excuse
