Priest didn't came clear in the novel about Qian feelings. Either the series atleast shows how much Qian missed yuan in 7 episode. The series portrayed more understanding itself than the novel. Character development in 3 episode is impossible yet they gave it well ending without any glitches. Tbh was expecting more, but can't ask more with what I got to see in the series as well. Just like novel was very slow burn, atleast series focussed on them eventually.

To be honest, when I saw villain gege with Dr lin my BL heart skipped a beat. Qian beating san pang was funny 🤣. Unknown is my Top 1 from now on. No BL can reach that far in my pov.
