They weren't actually together 6 years ago, so it doesn't matter if she apologize or not, she should have apologized for second time, they were living together for 1.5 years, she doesn't have a little bit of confidence in him, she told him everything in HK, why didn't she did it for, she should have tried to clear the ML's name instead of running away , she is a reporter after all, it's her job, no matter what you say, what she did was easy way out. These last 4 episodes totally ruined the character of FL for me, she left suddenly and calling him after 6 months, didn't even apologize, they were living together for more than a year, SY always liked her but was hesitant to start anything because he feared she will left again, he said that himself in one episode, and she did exactly the same. As I said before, her leaving in the past made sense but the second time was totally selfish, she may say it was for ML, but it was not, she just choose the easy way, the way she was living in HK it seems like was perfectly fine living all alone, she jad no character development in 6 years, she run away in the past and she did the same after 6 years, then what's the point of all the study and becoming independent, ML is a total SIMP, we know what are her reasons but doesn't know, as per his understanding she left to study with someone else and broke their promise but he is still chasing her, secretly visiting her, and even after all that, she left again, and he is doing the same thing again. To me what happened in novel made more sense and was realistic, they completely ruined the character of ML and FL in drama, I don't even like their lovely dovey scenes now, she is only hurting him for past 7-8 years, he deserves better.
