I understand what you said, but that was only upto his wife died, he lost his powers after that and completely ignored his family including his daughter, she is only distancing herself from him because she thinks he didnot care for her and thinks that she was the reason why her parents grow apart, and why she thinks that? Because of the negligence she faced for so many years, now suddenly he wants to get involved in her life ofcourse she will resist.

I don't like the character of ML at all, neglected his wife when she was around, even after she died he didn't care for his daughter and now when he thinks that FL will leave him he changed his ways, he should have done that for his child a long ago.

Why the drop in ratings, I am on episode 10 and it certainly deserves 8 atleast.

It would have been better if they cast Bai Jing ting as sang yan in 'hidden love'. Just like Hu yi tian character was insignificant in go go squid 1 and then got his own story in go go squid 2. Sang yan didn't have many scenes anyway in hidden role.it would be easy to connect hidden love and TFF this way.(BTW victor Ma was brilliant as Sang yan in HL , I just said this because I know he can't be casted as a ML in a big budget drama like TFF).

I have the same concern, the drama's in which she is main lead are low budget one's and also 2-3 years old, and there are so many dramas with support roles.
