They are two totally different drama's FL lead in hidden love never really pursued ML, she secretly liked him, while in this one ML manipulated FL so she is behaving completely opposite to her personality so obviously it seems cringy, and writer wants to make it cringy to make ML Embarrassed/frustrated.

It's the first time I watched a drama having more than 45 episodes and it was interesting from starting to the end. I usually don't like the drama's with too many misunderstandings but given their circumstances it was bearable. FL seemed selfish but redeemed herself later, I loved when she continuously begged ML for forgiveness after she wronged him , unlike in other drama's. Loved the happy ending. It was not rushed like other xinxia drama's.overall it was 10/10 for me.

in the 7 episodes there wasn't even a romantic scene, I think the romantic tag should be removed from this drama
