Minor difference I see from the novel and the drama is that in the novel Mu Sheng never actually tried to kill Miaomiao, he just constantly scares her to leave their team. He believes Lin Yun will harm her sister (which is true tho for the original Lin Yun).

In 2021 there was a crackdown on the tech and entertainment sector. Including "kind of banning" "effeminate men" from entertainment industry. So even with bromance, dramas based on BL novels didn't make it to air. The dramas you mentioned were aired before 2021. The Word of Honor was the last drama that was based from BL novel that got to air. Luckily, the producers of The Spirealm were brave and airdrop the drama's all episodes without notice. The drama was immediately taken down after. However, it was released in international market later. So we still won and got to see it. I hope we could also watch The Immortal and Eternal Faith.
