only Koreans can relate to this film THATS WHY ITS A HIT IN THEIR COUNTRY and people who have been watching Kmovies/ Kdramas for so long. its about their folklore and their superstitions.
do not compare it to weird horror Japanese flicks, its not the same. even the lamest Japanese flicks are scary lol
Its very interesting as its both educational and historical re dead spirits in Korea told in fiction. A glimpse on their culture, why there's shamanism or why they take time remembering their dead in most of their dramas. its scary, but not in weird Japanese-film scary.
