I'm way too traumatized to form an opinion on this show but I wanted to share some of my thoughts so that I don't lose my mind (excuse my English tho)
I think what Lu Feng have for yichen is definitely not love, u can call it whatever you want lust, obsession, control but it's not love for sure.
I feel real bad for my yichen, he really never got to choose a thing in this relationship from the very start, and honestly I can't bring myself to like Lu Feng's character (a rapist), he literally raped him twice, that man needs therapy, jail or maybe both😭
I mean it's obviously a horrible event for anyone who ever went through rape, now imagine being raped by the person you love repeatedly. I mean even if Yichen genuinely wanted to forgive Lu Feng, I don't think his body would be able to.
Btw, just to make it clear, I did know what I was going for here, I just didn't know it was gonna get this graphic. And I think it's my first time watching "dark romance" with graphic scenes keeping in mind the scenes from the trailer too, so I don't really know how to react to it. And I really like the drama it's my no.1 out of everything that's airing right now. The acting, storyline, cinematography, the chemistry and the TENSION are sooo top notch. I'm dying waiting for every ep, they really got me kept on my toes, I'm obsessed, they really play with my brain chemicals 😭

About their age difference, here's what I think. As the drama shows, in 2013, Wei Qian's about to attend college, so he's probably 18? And Xian Yuan got into high school early, so he's 13-14? So their age gap may be 5-4 years. Idk man this is what is think. I could be completely wrong
