I think they planned to do it the old way (broadcasting while there's still filming left) and ig they *could do it if the drama was a shorter, 12pes one. I mean the matchmakers ended the filming literally 3 weeks before the last broadcast so it's not entirety impossible 🤷♀️

Prob since there're still a lot of filming left and the weather in korea has been pretty bad recently which makes the filming even harder. The production started mid November last year so it's quite rushed, I guess they don't want to risk having to stop broadcasting midway if anything unexpected happens
