While he is in seclusion doing these things Jin Yao and Zhen Yu fights near the mountain which causes backlash from Soul Gathering Tower and his divine soul gets divided into 8 pieces and he loses his memory. Meanwhile Yue Mi's soul enters the reincarnation and is born as Bai Shuo.

I think Fan Yue's last star will fall at the end of this arc. After Fan Yue's deat*h Bai Shuo will have to fight Zhen Yu and protect Wunian Stone. After all the drama the three true gods will awaken.
