If you didn't find john wick unrealistic then don't over complicate this movie . A simple revenge plot with some badass fighting scenes . And where they used guns instead of unnecessary head- on fighting. Fl's rough look was cherry on top . I liked the BG score the one in the starting and towards the end .
I lovedddd it ! Perfect execution with perfectly finished ending . A solid 10/10 for acting of every character in the movie . Whatever the highest award is being awarded give that to this guy yeo jin goo . And he was just 16-17 at that time . His step father's death stuck with me the most . While knowing how wonderful of a person he was . And him being murdered by hwayi was painful to watch . If only if our hwayi was raised by him and lived a happy normal life . The 5 dad's i literally hated them forget about the forceful kindness of raising him or treating him as their son. They were awful . I would prefer to be killed instead of raising as a monster. We need this type perfection in thriller movies in 2024 . Nothing was rushed every loose string was connected and ofcourse the feeling of satisfaction.

Season 1 was a fresh concept with a lighthearted story of outsmarting the evil people and steal their black money . Considering they have to continue the story this revenge and political angle was a great choice . They are still scamming the evil people but they all are related to a bigger picture that is our main villain . Simply hating the drama just because your favourite actress character died is simply immature . The actress in season 1 was great and so is the actress in season 2 . And the actress in season 1 was at advantage because she got more screentime and some really badass driving moves . And season 2 actress really got less screentime in terms of car/bike stunts . And on top of that people are comparing and degrading her . I do miss the team's banter . But considering they have to catch the main villain for revenge more lighthearted moments would be weird . This show has the perfect ending . I loved it when you feel the satisfaction with the endings especially for a revenge based drama . From a subjective view there is nothing serious going on , even a 5year old will do a better job at being a villain than this villain . With this level of innocence and morals how did they even manage to survive their gang .
The movie is from so yool perspective . So i do get why people are gaslighting her for her extreme revenge . You have to think from her perspective firstly he promised her to be the singer of his composition ,which he just switched to her best friend ( of 10-15 years ) without any prior explanation . And you can excuse that for a composer finding a right voice is important . Even then she tried to be happy for her best friend . But the cheating , they both didn't think about so yool for a second . High on their success and cheating , people need to understand so yool's extreme methods just doen't offset what they did to her . Seo yun hee wasn't at fault for being a good singer and that doen't make her a bad person . But when she cheated it was worse. You knew he was your best friends boyfriend and you just accepted his advances and cheated with him . And until the end she didn't think that anything is wrong with her behaviour . And even to the end they tried to escape to Italy without any explanation to so yool . The main issue from the star was they just discarded her . Especially seo yun hee , so yool was there for her from the start. From what shown in the movie so yool was the one giving in to this friendship from the start . And the composer guy i absolutely despise people like him , don't give people hope if in the next moment you'll shatter it with your own hand . Even if you had a change of heart deal with your current relationship and then do whatever you want . How simple is that ! He was not even sorry for betraying her . And gaslighting her that she was the wrong one , oh my everything started from your fucking betrayal. And to have the audacity to say that he never loved her someone just punch this guy for me . Given so yool extreme revenge you have to admit that she also ruined herself . She just lost her own self . That's why people saying if she could've just moved on , exposed them and worked on herself would be better ending . You'll have to understand "rage " some people can control it and some destroy everything with it even your own self. Han hyo joo 🌟 you're just incredible.
"Each star that shines in the sky represent someone who has lived or loved ". Once in a while you come across a movie which is comforting heartwarming or make you realise what's really important . This movie is simple yet touches your soul . Ask yourself in this materialistic world , running after time , meetings ,expensive things whats gonna remain after you left ? How much time do we actually have left to spend with our loved one ? In the face of death the difference btw poor and rich is only that one was wrapped in bamboo other was in gold but in the end they both turn into ashes. The performance of little girl made me cry like a river you know the actor has done a fantastic job when you sympathise and feel their emotions.
This drama is more of a park young han's detective life than a typical detective drama where a bigger mystry/conspiracy is involved . Every episode has a different case with somewhat related to what was happening at that time in korea on a national level . It was light hearted and humorous . It amuses me how after just 2-3 punches from detectives , gangster/ criminals just plead guilty . There is no bigger villain here but how in korean history (almost every country's past ) people in power just played with their citizens life . Things that bothered me because it just pops out too much - 1. i don't think they produced any actual evidence for cases most were either circumstantial evidence or just their testimony . 2. What was chief yu's secret trump card ?? Which kept unit 1 so safe . That japanese connected society has no follow up story ? 3. Did seo ho jeong parents accepted him after him becoming a good detective .
If i take it as a light hearted drama then , considering how much i adored the opening of this drama ... the finale absolutely ruined it for me . I would loved it if there was a reunion scene of group of oldie detectives eating rice cakes in their book store . ( and even in this finale how come writer's excluded his wife assuming she was also dead as he was living alone ) . Why they even bother to introduce his grandson when there is no follow up except he looks like him and had the same profession . Ugh it wasn't a serious drama to begin with , then whats with this melodramatic ending . They could've done it much better may be oldie park young han and his colleague enjoying rice wine in his home town whom he mentioned so much in first episode. I feel wo unfinished after watching it , if that makes sense . Their bond was the main hight light and writers just switched it off like wtf. ( we're not even clear with what actually happened with his colleagues )

All the build up for the evil spirit arc and his easy peasy end like what just happened. The police officer (mr. Baek) deserves a better ending 🩷. ( ml's hairstyle and his hair color looks weird ) In last episode maybe ml's uncle or mr baek would be the better option !!

A perfect comedy thriller.... though i got to know the real villain before watching it thanks to comment section but whatever , it was fun ... The hypnosis of park joon young was hilarious . Jin myung chul what a selfish man ! Why do you wanna involve with a women make her pregnant when eventually you're gonna be in a business marriage . Did he even try to find or put pressure on police for yi soo's mother when she died . He just shied away so people don't find about his extramarital affair . I find him extremely selfish . As yi soo said knowing when he'll run for mayor position yi soo and his mother's story will be on news . Didn't he see that coming ? Mr choi has my heart ✨ ...he is like a father figure to yi soo more than his real father . Finally the female lead she's my second favorite cop character after nobody knows cha young jin (kim seo hyung ) . She is hott in every sense . I got so bored with the delicate looking cops with perfect lipstick hair and makeup . As a female cop you need a toughness in body language and actions . She nailed it . ( her hair cut 🤌🏻💜)
It was a happy drama for me ....none of our favourite character died ..plot twist was predictable ..it was kinda breezy drama for me .. Best detective and team work award should go to KIS squad ...
Unpopular opinion - i didn't like it 😶🌫️ dropped it after 2 episodes ! Ml's gaze is creepy and awkward . Maybe it'll get better with episodes but certainly the start didn't impress me. Hopefully i'll try watching it in future !!
