I think for the biggest thing is that at 50 yr old it's better to have subtle romance rather than full romance. The ml is just way too old for this type of things. Whenever an actress is 50 they make the romance more subtle and hinted rather than full on which works better. So here I am just looking at his wrinkles and focusing on them rather than the overall drama because it's that type of drama and therefore I am not enjoying it as much as I should. How should I say it I find their romantic scenes a bit repulsive? And ofc the relationship itself is a bit on the toxic side. I just wish it was toned down just by a notch
